History
Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
Zack's only known mission was in the Bermuda Triangle, where he chased after Monkey Master and was promptly sliced in half by the Tarantuguns. However, unlike many of the gratuitous SEMME dead, Zack was actually fondly remembered by his remaining teammates.
It was once implied that Hooper may have disinterred his corpse and eaten his remains.
