Probably. However if you are refering to the strip of 2008-02-01, then one has to wonder if she would say it even if the events if IW! were not known. --SixByNine 07:17, 1 February 2008 (CST)

I'm reasonably sure the events of IW! are known, at least to some degree. SEMME itself is certainly public knowledge with Joyce having had to defend SEMME's actions on television once.
