Talk:Jason Chesterfield
From Walkypedia!
I don't claim this to be the best article ever, but it's the beginnings of an attempt to get this out of stubhood. The prose could probably use some work, but I'd like a chance to finish first before it undergoes any more massive revisions. --Asimperson 02:47, 6 March 2007 (CST)
I guess I should explain what I'm aiming for here. I'm just looking to flesh out this article with the relevant information, and then I'm hoping someone can come in and make it read like an article instead of a list of all of Jason's appearances in the comic. I'm almost done, so within a few days the cleanup can begin. --Asimperson 02:39, 7 March 2007 (CST)
Finished
Well, I'm done here. It's definitely not a stub anymore, but I don't know if it's up to code (as it were) for completion. After this, I think I'm going to stick to storylines, which seems to be more my pace. I like to think this article is sort of an outline so people who know what the hell they're doing can come in and make it not suck. Anyway... --Asimperson 02:51, 22 March 2007 (CDT)
- Hate to break it to ya, but halfway through the article it switches from past tense to present tense. That's gonna be fun to fix up! (As a rule of thumb, the profile at the top should be present tense and the "History" section of the article should always be past tense.) --ItsWalky 12:29, 22 March 2007 (CDT)
- Are you serious? That means Walky's page needs an assload of fixing too! Dammit. Thores 14:39, 22 March 2007 (CDT)
- No, Walky's page is correct. His profile is in present text and his history is in past tense. I don't see any tense problems, but perhaps I'm missing something. --ItsWalky 14:52, 22 March 2007 (CDT)
- Oh wait. That's right, a while back his profile WAS halfway in present tense, and I fixed it to past tense. I thought it was the other way around for a sec.Thores 16:51, 22 March 2007 (CDT)

- Ah, yes, the bane of my English papers as well. I'll spare y'all the pain and see what I can do, I didn't mean to screw up on that sort of scale.--Asimperson 00:31, 23 March 2007 (CDT)
- Okay, I've made an attempt to try to fix it up a little. I think it's better, but there's probably still problems. --Asimperson 00:06, 2 April 2007 (CDT)

Glove
In this strip what does jason mean? Is he referring to the "rain speech" or is he talking about the floating glove? What is up with the glove? (I know it's Sal's but...) ShinjiTheGale 20:54, 11 March 2007 (CDT)
