" the New Deal, which aimed to "relief, recovery and reform" " This seems wrong. Shouldn't it say something closer to "the New Deal, which aimed for..." or "the aim of which was"? I would do it myself but I know there are grammar Nazis around and stylistic things should probably be left to them.
