Roomies! is the first series that takes place in the Walkyverse. It primarily focuses on Danny, Joyce, and Joe. The Aliens are also featured, but do not have as big or as serious a role as they end up having later in the events of It's Walky!.

Story
Moving In

Moving into into college, Danny and Joe meet Joyce, a naive girl fixated with Danny, Howard, a timid geek, and Ruth, his sister.
Later
Also during the run of Roomies!, we are introduced to several key It's Walky! characters, including Danny's girlfriend Sal, Jason and the rest of Squadron 128.
History
Roomies! was first published in the Indiana University student newspaper, and later moved onto the internet. The two years of the Roomies! comics has been printed in two volumes, with new sidestories that tie it in closer to It's Walky.
It's Roomies!

A storyline within the sequel strip, It's Walky, dealing with the characters who had not yet become part of the main IW! cast.
Is a Song Forever?

In 2001, a brief short story covered the graduation of Danny and Joe and what happened after the end of Roomies!. Danny got an internship in Colorado and continued to see Billie, whilst Joe moved to New Jersey.
Shortly afterward, Joe would be integrated into the main cast of It's Walky!, while Danny & Billie would become recurring characters there.
Roomies Redux!
After the end of It's Walky!, new Roomies! storylines - set before the changeover - were syndicated by Keenspot in several newspapers, and these were hosted on the web on the old site. When David Willis left Keenspot to found Blank Label Comics, Roomies Redux! ended.
