Richard Abraham Oberf is the president of his local science fiction fanclub and a denizen of the Fans! Universe According to statements made by The Cheese, a version of him likely exists in the normal Walkyverse. However, since he is a science fiction nerd who's nice, strong, and gets both girls, it's scarcely plausible that he exists on any universe.
