Graham is a former SEMME agent that was in Squad 42. He has attended and participated in various SEMME briefings and alien battles.

Graham was monkey-humped to death by Monkey Master's monkey-cannons. However, he was apparently resurrected afterwards by SEMME, as he was seen later in Shortpacked! along with fellow agents Jenni and David Willis.

Trivia
Graham, like many background characters, is based on a real person. The real person is also thought to be much of the catalyst for latter-day Mike shenanigans.
