The Electric Man is a being of pure energy, created by Monkey Master. Electric Man is considered to be 'light and stealth', in contrast to Monkey Master's 'bulk and strength'[1]. Assumedly the energy nature of Electric Man allows him to move unseen to places that would not be accessible to Monkey Master. Due to the treatment of Monkey Master by the Head Alien, Electric Man is considered to be an equal partner by Monkey Master.
In practice, Electric Man appears slow and dim witted, although potentially very dangerous. During a skirmish he electric shocked Sal and Machete. Although apparently unharmed, it is not known whether a non super-powered human would survive.
Although impervious to Machete's water based attack[2], he can be disintegrated by the material used in Ultra Car's wing[3].
Trivia
Like Ultra Car and Rachel, the Electric Man is a creation from David Willis's younger years.
