David Willis is the creator of the Walkyverse continuity, from Roomies! to Joyce and Walky! and everything in between. Being a completely modest person, he has inserted himself into his own creation several times, despite the main character being a Marty Stu anyway. As the author and therefore frequent tormentor and killer of many characters, he has been damned several times by the strips' fans, using the classic line "Damn You Willis". David Willis has reffered to himself as a "Comic Stripper," leaving open the implication that it's funny when he takes his clothes off[2].
Don't ask about bathtubs and sharks.
David Willis does not enjoy being called "Willy," "Dilly Willy," "The Willisdabeast" or "Carl." Do so, and he may very well smite you.

Cameo History
Roomies!
David made several small cameos during the run of Roomies!, either as a fourth wall jab or in the background with his girlfriend at the time, Windy.
It's Walky!
Presumably, David Willis was an abductee as he was seen as a SEMME agent in the background of the last few comics alongside his girlfriend/mistress, Maggie.
Shortpacked!
David Willis has made several cameos during the course of Shortpacked! due to its more freeform design. He has appeared with his girlfriend, Maggie, and with other Transformers fans as well.
He is also Ethan Siegal's nemesis on the Transformers Wiki. The last time he was in the store, they had a knock-down fight, which involved a remarkably large quantity of pudding. They swapped phone numbers and then he and Maggie smashed Ethan's computer.
