Charles Walkerton is the little seen father of Walky and Sal. It is not known how he and Linda met. His son Walky implies that Charles is not a good dancer because he is half white. Walky, for fifty bucks, got him a hooker on his last visit. This hooker was a neighbor. This experience proves that Walky is the greatest son to ever live (no wonder Beef got so little attention.)
